Q: What is an online doctor consultation?
A: An online doctor consultation is similar to an evaluation you get from your doctor only you don't have to leave home to be evaluated. Everything is done online, through a network of U.S. licensed physicians.

Q: How does a doctor consultation work?
A: Once you place an order with us you'll be asked to fill out a short online medical history questionnaire. This form contains questions about your current health as well as prescription medications you're taking. Just answer the questions and submit your order when you're finished. A licensed doctor will then review your information and determine whether or not the medication you're buying is safe for you. If your order is approved, it will be sent to a licensed pharmacy to be filled, and then shipped in discreet packaging to your home or office.

Q: Are online doctor consultations safe?
A: Yes, very safe. All of the medical history questionnaires we use contain the same kinds of questions your doctor would ask only they are much more detailed and specific to the medications you are requesting.

Q: How do I refill a prescription?
A: Refilling a prescription is easy! Once your initial order is approved, you'll be given a personal username and password, which you can use to refill prescriptions or check the status on existing orders. Just click on the REFILL link, enter your username and password, and complete the order form. It's that simple!

Q: What kinds of shipping methods do you offer?
A: At Diet Online Pharmacy we ship all of our U.S. orders via FedEx. Foreign orders are shipped either UPS or postal service, depending on location and regulations. Regardless of location, most orders arrive 1-2 days following final approval by the issuing pharmacy.

Q: How long will it take for me to get my prescription?
A: Once the doctor and issuing pharmacy approves your order, it will be processed and shipped within 24 hours, and will arrive within 1-2 days.

Q: Can I get a refund if I'm not happy with my purchase?
A: Sorry. Federal Law prohibits any pharmacy from accepting returns on pharmaceutical products. However, in the event that your medication is damaged during shipping, call us at 1-888-857-6394 and we'll replace it for you.

Q: What if you don't carry the medication I'm looking for?
A: Chances are if we don't have a product you are looking for, will carry it sometime in the very near future. Our product line is continuously growing almost every month to include more medications.
